No, we will not share your information with Immigration or anyone else. Our advisors will view your file in the utmost confidence to determine your eligibility for the Start-up Visa program.
We take as much time as we and you need to determine your eligibility into the program. We charge you nothing until you are comfortable and personally request to become our client.
To begin your Start-up Visa application, simply submit your resume or business idea to us by filling out the form on the free consultation tab and let one of our business advisors review your eligibility for the program.
It generally takes between 90 and 120 days to get a Letter of Support for our clients.
Yes! According to the Government of Canada, up to 5 people can apply together for the Start-up Visa Program as owners for a singular business however, if any of the team members are deemed unqualified or not critical to the business then all 4 co-founders will be rejected. I advise strongly to ensure only the most critical members of your organization are applying.
First, a designated entity such as a venture capital firm, angel investor, or incubator will review your application for the viability and eligibility of your business proposal. If your business application is accepted, you will receive a letter of support. Once you have that letter, you take it to Immigration to apply for permanent residency or work permit. Should you not have contact with an immigration agency or lawyer, TBS is happy to refer you to one.
